Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of Dialogue Forums of varying size, sometimes simultaneously, at local, national and regional levels across Europe. This includes coordination with partners and providing them with the necessary support and guidance, development of necessary materials and execution plans, and handling logistics and administrative matters.
  • Write EU-mandated reports and deliverables.
  • Act as primary liaison with youth organizations and other relevant stakeholders to deliver Dialogue Forums, sustain CO-CREATE’s and EAT’s policy work and help to maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Support Dialogue Forum communication and dissemination efforts, and if applicable and relevant, specific research efforts, in CO-CREATE.
  • Support the collection, dissemination and exploitation of results and lessons learned from CO-CREATE, and integration of these into EAT activities and programs.
  • Support budget, grant management and reporting, as well as other administrative, logistical and financial needs of the CO-CREATE project.
  • Help build linkages between CO-CREATE and other projects and initiatives within the organization.
  • The tasks and responsibilities related to other projects at EAT will depend on the applicant’s profile, competencies and interests.
